Brandon was very professional and did an excellent job replacing the fan motor on our furnace. He explained everything that he was going to do and the cost of service. He did a thorough job in making sure the air conditioner and furnace were working properly before he left. In addition, he took the extra time to answer any questions that I had. I have been a customer of Roy Inch and Sons for over 15 years. They always work hard and they always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied! Thank you once again!

Omar and Duffy were the technicians that were sent to install our new furnace and AC last week. Both were extremely professional, patient and thorough throughout the afternoon. Everything was explained in detailed as neither my wife nor I are very tech savvy. Omar and Duffy were excellent and we are very pleased to have dealt with Roy Inch. Had our ducts cleaned by Jordan today. He was great - explained the process, answered our questions, and was very tidy. I appreciate that runners were put down to protect our floors. Any worries I had about anything being damaged in the process were quickly eliminated!We had our second appointment with a Roy Inch technician this past weekend. This time it was Jesse, who came out to clean and inspect our A/C and furnace. And it was another great experience. Jesse explained what he was doing and his findings to us, and we never felt that we were being pressured to buy anything. I happily signed up for next year's service appointment!
