Once again Finan was able to rearrange the schedule to visit us within a couple of hours of calling. In the winter, we were without heat and during a hot spell the AC was not working. The technician was professional and fixed the problem promptly both times. They even sent the same technician who our dog remembered, which was great for our crazy dog. We will recommend, and not hesitate to use them again. Great service!
Glyn was very professional, courteous, and efficient. On top of all of that, Glyn--surely an emblematic employee of Finan--was quick to get back to us by email or phone, which was fantastic given all my questions. And, lastly, when I asked for a couple of minor adjustments that took a little bit of time, Glyn and Finan were quite willing to do just that. Thank you!
Finan installed central air in less than half a day. The installers were great and even put up with our yappy dog with good humour.
Service was excellent. My only concern is that I asked the technician to replace a small hose connecting the water heater to the furnace. I had also made a point of bringing this up when I booked the appointment. The tecnician told me he had lots of these tubes in his vehicle. When he was finished, he had not replaced the hose, and at the end of the bill were a list of extra things that could be done later. One of these included replacing that hose in a package of things for $300. I noticed after the man left that they would be charging over $100 for a piece of hose you could by for $3 at Rona.
I dont recommended anyone to go to this place because I give them some stuff in my house and I got really disappointed with the service. (Thief) Its a very poor and bad company, they charge too much and they dont even care about the work I NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR JOB(FIAN HOME SERVICE)Please be careful when they are working for you ???....
