I have been going to household plumbing for over 30 years. They always have what I need and are willing to spend the time with a DIY to give advice. Instead of spending time looking for parts and advise go here first and save yourself some time. They may be busy at times but when it is our turn they will spend the time it takes to resolve your issues and answer your questions.

Nice people but not being computerized limits their ability to look-up past work and help with parts and questions. Everything moves very slow here, and is expensive. In an online world, the retail side of this business doesn't compete. Any good plumber can do the same things and parts can be ordered cheap, online.
