Been a while since I've been there (I moved out of London 2 yrs ago), but I kinda miss it. Has a nice little caffe (only laundromat I've seen offer that). There's an electronic grid on the wall that shows if your laundry is finished. Very spacious and clean. Lots of machines. Sometimes can get quite busy and a couple of times a few dryers weren't working so I had to wait for one to come free. Closes a bit early for my liking, but service is good and machine prices are reasonable. (Change machine can be fussy. Make sure your bills are crisp & new) If I'm back in London I'd use them again.
Don't like doing laundry but this a great place for it. Big machines, staff on hand, lunch counter, and super clean. Great when you have a lot to do.

My favourite laundry mat even though not the closest. Ckean, good choice of machines. Cafe with plenty of seating and free WiFi makes waiting pleasant. Can get busy so check "popular times" before going.
This is a great place to drop off your laundry for wash-and-fold service. The staff is excellent - professional, helpful, and funny. The place is clean and well laid-out. They consistently under-promise and over-deliver = awesome. Highly recommended.
