I believe this place may have been here but has been run down, as It is not listed on Google Maps and it will not allow me to put the address in, as it says that is 'Near York Street' ... which is close to this place. Well if you really need to get laundry done then it does the job. Every laundromat has different machines and instructions. The simplest washing machines to use are the double loaders, the instructions are clear and easy to understand. They did have a cafe on site but even though I was hungry I did not eat there. Some of the baked goods weren't wrapped and they were just out on the counter. Also the family that runs it also has a wash and fold service. They should hire someone specifically for the cafe. Also the washing machines were very dirty and the dispenser cups gunky.
Wifi worked great. Atmosphere was a little bit messy for me. I almost felt too dirty to grab a coffee. The coffee I did have, sucked.The owner barely acknowledged me when i entered. Didn't give me any guidelines on what to do. Was charged a dollar to use the debit machine. When my laundry machine was finished, the owner didn't even notify me even though he was next to it.My laundry itself came out fine. Bathroom was clean. Location was convenient.
Staff are friendly. Place is clean. Machines have recently been updated. There is always room for improvement, but this is a practical place to get all your laundry done in a timely fashion and enjoy some other perks along the way. Highly recommended
