Laundry machines in our building (blossom gate apartments) have been out of order for months. We have a 200 units in our building and have 3 working dryers out of what should be 9. Completely unacceptable.
Idiotic company. Hands from the ass. 6 month they trying to fix washing machines. Just 3 still working from 10 for 11 floor building with around 130 apartments! With no separation for people with allergies on pets everybody washing their clothes and sometimes shoes!
Our Coinamatic machine is consistently out of operation. Numerous calls to their office go unanswered. There is no other way to put funds on my laundry card and therefore have to wait until the machine is finally made operational, which can take literally days. So much for the ease of doing laundry in the apartment building I reside in. Update: December 18 2016 go to put funds on my laundry card using the Coinamatic machine - took my money but would NOT put the funds onto my laundry card. Tried numerous time and numerous times to call the contact number, to no avail. They took the funds from my bank account but NO laundry monies. This company is total crap but I have no other way to continue to do my laundry in this apartment building.

The issues with this company started when one of their washing machines in my apartment building started having problems. We haven't had a working washing machine for months and their technicians don't seem to know how to fix it. Or if they do, they certainly do not want to be bothered to do so. Coinamatic's customer service and maintenance standards are horrible. They blame my landlord, who then blames them, leaving us tenants in the middle with no options. Their technician has been here at least 5 times for the same issue: a recurring F28 error on the machine. As a consumer, I can have a brand new washer bought and delivered in a matter of hours without getting off my couch. Certainly, being a large organization, Coinamatic can do the same. We are not living in the Dark Ages, after all. They're just too lazy and / or inept to do so. If I could give them 0 stars on this review, I would. I'm not necessarily surprised. This behavior re-affirms my rating of 0 stars.
