My puppy was unfortunate enough to be hit by a car, when we walked in they had a team ready for him immediately and did the best they could to make him feel calm and comfortable. Knowing I was worried about the costs of everything they worked with me and tried to give me the best possible price while making sure he gets the best care possible. In my panic the staff made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable and as happy as possible. I understand the costs are high but in an emergency when your pets life is on the life I couldnt recommend them any more than I already do. Thanks to them hes stable and looking at a full recovery in the next few weeks. Thanks again for everything you did.

I am so thankful for the entire staff at this clinic. Our 4 month old puppy was unfortunately hit by a car at around 9pm, we called the vet on our way and the second we walked in they knew it was us and the had a team ready and waiting. We explained we didnt have tons of money but we wanted our dog to be okay. The entire staff went above and beyond to keep our puppy comfortable and to keep us calm and updated. We ended up taking him home all stitched up very late but we are so happy we got to take him home period. Theres one specific woman I want to thank, who walked our puppy out to us after his surgery and cheered him on and she was so happy to see him doing so well. Seeing your love and passion for your job just made me so happy and my puppy clearly trusted you to walk with you. Im so so so grateful for the entire staff. I could never say thank you enough.

Everybody is absolutely awesome there.everybody there has been absolutely amazing with my pet Shelby. They are all amazing and I highly recommend anyone who has problems with their furry companions to bring your pet there. They truely care about your pet and their compassion shows and I am very grateful for everything they have done for my companion Shelby.

Our experience was as good as an emergency vet experience could be. Yes, the wait was long but we were told at the beginning that it was a triage based hospital and the sickest were seen first. Perfectly understandable and I would rather be the person with the animal stable enough to be waiting and not the person with has the animal that needs immediate care. They make the wait as comfortable as possible (free wifi and offered to put Netflix on) and brought a blanket in for my dog to sleep on. Our dog is a rescue and very nervous of new people/places and everyone was so kind to him and patient with him. Any question I had was answered fully and honestly and I never felt rushed. It was expensive, but that is expected at any emergency vet and we paid close to what we would have paid at our regular vet, but we never felt pressured to spend money. In fact, the doctor reworked her estimate to fit our budget better but still give our dog the care he needed to get better. He ended up staying with them and we were given updates and were able to go in and visit him. They gave thorough discharge instructions and sent him home with some more medicine and the food he was eating. Everyone from the first phone call I made to the day he was discharged was friendly and compassionate. The doctors were kind, honest, gentle with our dog and patient with us when asking questions. I hope we dont have to go there again but it is comforting to know if we have another emergency they are there and we can trust our pets with them.

Such high professional service ! All of the staff were fantastic. I was in this past Saturday with Minnie, and Dr.I was phenomenal. They certainly have a passion for their jobs. Yes there might be a wait time - its an emergency clinic. They triage & treat from there.. The staff offer to set up the Netflix while you wait In the exam room.
