Our vet appointment went fairly well overall, and the vet was pleasant and fun. But unfortunately, she practices some alternative medicine trratments, such as acupuncture, and thinks that it has a place in modern medicine. That's unscientific and made me lose confidence in her expertise. I just can't trust a medical professional who would recommend a treatment that's no better than placebo.I want to be fair by giving three stars (It's OK.): It seems like a nice place with nice people, but I go to a vet for expertise, not niceness and pseudoscience.
Dr. Alex and the team is great. We've been going there for 3+ years with two dogs now. Highly recommended!
I can't speak highly enough about Lambeth Animal Hospital. The staff treat my Diego with love and care that is above and beyond. Dr Alex Soltan is so amazing, yes she is a vet but more than that she truly loves animals.
