I can't say enough great things about the staff here! We have many animals, all in various stages of life and Dr Jack is always very honest about what they are going through Ans what to expect down the road. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to honestly. His staff is amazing and very friendly and always very welcoming!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Jack and his team. Our dog is a very special case with a lot of health issues and Dr. Jack always treats him with care and kindness even when he is a handful. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain not only his own thought process but what he believes are the best steps in giving Dean the best life we can.
I love coming to the vet because the staff are wonderfully nice. They take the time to register you and get to know your pet before going forward with anything. Dr. Jack takes his time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, hes a great listener. Anyways, I have attached a picture of my cat that got neutered just yesterday, he had an amazing quick recovery by the next day he was up and playing. VERY GOOD PRICE compared to other veterinary. Very trustworthy staff - I have paid already for vaccination before getting LEO neutered and they have accidentally charged me for it. I did not even notice the charge on my final bill, as it was just $10. Crystal which i believe her name is the receptionist gave me a quick call apologized and refunded me the $10 instantly. Which i found amazingly surprising, they went out and beyond. I had the best customer service experience honestly.Much Love to this place.
Dr. Jack and staff are excellent! Fair prices and great service. A small clinic so they cannot always accommodate 24/7 but if they in any way CAN see you, even if that has meant staying after closing which they have done for us they will. One of, if not the best clinic I have been to.
