My cats love this place, I love them. They are the best. They are patient and kind with my cats and with me if I ever have questions or worry about my cat's health. I know for sure I can count on them to treat my cats or find answers to my questions. They don't overcharge or treat your cat just to make money. They DO care and you can feel it everytime you go there!
She wasn't able to see my cats enlarged discoloured nipple as he was very anxious.. Suggested a picture instead sent to their email and I did so.Gave me an assessment this way to complement the exam that I'd paid for and had an extended conversation with her as well as explaining all options depending on what might be wrong with my cat..An hour and a half consult +partial physical while there.She does really know her stuff in regards to cat care and issues due to..Very thorough Had to negotiate though re next exam as she wanted to charge for a full exam again and she hadn't got to see his nipple yet but she suggested a picture of it be emailed for an assessment of it so asatisfactory resolution was able to happen for his health issue after talking it out then..Hope my cat will be ok for quite awhile yet now then.. Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Maloney are both fantastic vets. My cat needed dental surgery this past winter and the whole team at the cat clinic was reassuring and attentive throughout the whole process. Very responsive via email for follow-up questions, they made several follow-up calls, and remembered the personality of my cat for future visits which made stressful trips to the vet easier for her (and me!). Every team member is knowledgeable, professional, and really kind. Prices are competitive given the quality of care and cat-friendly atmosphere, and the staff will walk you through pricing options. I can't recommend this clinic more highly.
