I used Nexion to book a recent holiday based on a recommendation from a friend. The initial contact was positive and the agent booked our cruise for the dates and ship I requested. Following this the sevice was non existant. I contacted her to book flights and was told to"do it myself as January was a busy month for her" and for hotels to "do it myself as she did not receive a commission ". Based on my experience I would not recommend Nexion and will personally never use the agency again.
