They do not disclose to clients if they are going to a country with Zika. Even if the agent knows they are going on thier honeymoon, and it's come up that the couple is trying to have a baby. And then after the agent fails you, you try to cancel because you purchased the 100% refund policy and they only give 75% of your trip fare because Zika is a common, known issue. It's not a common issue to people who've never travelled before, and who only just started trying to have a baby! I would never recommend Flight Centre to any other human. The agents are just trying to make a buck, and don't care if it greatly affects the quality of your, or your potential child's life. If I could give this a zero start review or a negative review, I surely would.Edit: the respond below has stated that they contacted me somehow. This is inaccurate and a flat out lie. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the Flight Centre and would be more than happy to hear what they have to say for themselves.
