Wonderful staff absolutely lovely jewelry not where you go to go buy the biggest bling but it's all very stylish and trendy. I personally have bought three pieces from them now or and sized one. I'm still waiting for the two rings I've gotten size come back but I expect excellent results as they have yet to fail with anything
Always ask for Tanisha. She is fantastic. I consider her a friend because of how close we've become from frequent trips !!!
Lorne (the manager) was amazing! My fiance and I went in to look at wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. We were just there to get an idea of what we wanted and Lorne took the time to really get to know us and find rings that suited us perfectly. He made us feel so special and we walked away with two perfect wedding bands at a great price with great protection plans to boot! We will most definitely be returning to Michael hill for future purchases.
I came in to ask about my ring that was being resized and the lady was so sarcastic and rude. I was extremely shocked and unimpressed. This is definitely not professional behavior at all. Not sure if she was having a bad day or maybe that's just how she treats young adults... This is so upsetting to see considering this is my first time buying jewelery from Michael Hill. The employees I talked to before about resizing my ring about a month ago was absolutely nice. After having an experience like this I will not be purchasing anything else from this store nor suggesting it to anyone. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
I bought 5 digit worth jewelries in the past year, came to visit for jewelry cleaning, and was told by Pearl "you got fat. It's not okay to call someone fat, whether you're a customer or not. Never coming back! I regretted buying jewelry there.
