It brought a 14k gold chain in to the location at white oaks mall, the electro reading was .625 . I was told my chain was 10k . After going home and searching online it turns out that is actually higher then 14k actually it 15k , the employee told me that reading was 10k and offered me the 10k price of 495.00. 14k would have been 703.00 . The employee tried to pocket 200.00 from the sale. this was Sunday july29,2018. I have always had a good experience with London gold buyer and was a return customer however the employee was diffenitly scaming myself and the business as well
