After looking at many other places, I ended up buying my fiance's engagement ring here and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Christina mostly, who was excellent. She was able to answer all my questions without putting too much pressure on me. We communicated through email frequently about customizations for the ring, and she was always so helpful. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and couldn't be happier (As a bonus, my fiance loves the ring!)The team at Gordon's is experienced, accommodating, and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone!
