Extremely good facility , Nader and Vince I worked with over the last couple months, they are personable and honest and helped me get back to normal duties. I would recommend this place to anyone looking, from the therapist to the office staff, it was a great experience all around. DF
I have been very impressed with the services and facilities of ptHealth. The Springbank facility is on the second floor of a newer medical building which also houses many other services. The staff is young and energetic, very personable and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Kate, Michelle, and Nichole for doing a fabulous job every time I visit! The acupuncture and massage therapies I receive are aimed at reducing the effects of neuropathy in my feet and hip/leg pain from osteoarthritis. My life ha been enhanced greatly from their work. Direct billing to extended health providers is available however this facility is not an OHIP provider.
You really can't go wrong here. Great place with very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff (special shout out to Kate and Angelika; the ones who treat me, specifically). My lower back pain has improved by leaps and bounds thanks to the combination of very effective treatment here and the recommended stretching exercises at home. Very flexible hours and comfortable friendly welcoming environment as well. Anyone looking for any kind of physiotherapy for injury, look no further than here. Very highly recommended!!!
2nd time I made an appointment on line and it wasn't correct. The receptionist was very helpful though. Didn't book a new appointment...went rose where.
The therapists here really know there stuff...I can't give enough praise for the care,compassion and knowledge they provide...plus they validate parking.
