Once you step in the door your greeted with a warm welcome, usually Sherry..I've been going to Lifemark for a few years now, having massages monthly by Sheena. Sheena is very friendly and knowledgeable, assessing your needs and explaining what she will do for you. She continually learns all the new techniques and how to properly perform them. Whenever I go for my massages, I know I will leave feeling 100% better. I recommend Sheena for anyone who wants pain relief, or to just loosen up.

If I could give them no stars I would. Ihave never been treated so poorly in my life. The staff there are very ignorant and unprofessional. I would not recommend. Try the health network they are amazing and actually know how to treat their clients right.
I've been seeing Andy for years and he has brought me back from many a sports injury. Always professional, accommodating and courteous. Knows his stuff!! (Loves talking food too!!)
The staff are very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. There are more options available here compared to other physio clinics like concussion rehab, pelvic health therapy, or the Alter-G (super cool anti-gravity treadmill!) etc. With that being said, I have no doubt in my mind that whatever condition you are dealing with, any of the staff always go above and beyond to discuss and diagnose, look for best treatments specific for you, and make you feel like a client (not just a number)! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place as a first stop for any rehabilitation they specialize in. Thanks Lifemark!
