WORST SERVICE from the moment myself and party walked in!!!! 10 friends and myself came to Hudson last Saturday to celebrate my birthday. First off, one of my friends spoke to an employee of Hudson a few days prior to ensure we would be on there guest list for bottle service and my when we showed up we were not added to the list. The guys at the front door added us on and told us to go find our table upstairs at the back of the club.. as if we were suppose to know which one that was... That shouldve been done differently but we let it slide. From there we sat waiting at the booth for 15 minutes before I was focused to go and found a bottle service girl. Once found her we ordered ourbottles (which was a very limited selection). So we settled with Vodka and Crown Royal. We waited another 20 minutes for the bottles and nothing/nobody came! Again, I went to go find the bottle service girl and she then told me that she gave our table to ANOTHER server, whom was also nowhere to be found. So finally, I went and spoke to a manager about the situation occurring and his response was were busy! Speaking from someone who has first hand worked in the club industry for many years now, that should never be an excuse and honestly, it was not that busy! Following that excuse, the manager said let him know if I find the bottle service girl and walked away not helping nor defusing the situation in anyway! Finally after another half hour went by, the girl brought ONE bottle of vodka with no mix, no cups and no ice! JUST A BOTTLE and told us thats all they had for bottles. We ended up giving the bottle right back and walking out!! I dont and never will recommend this club to anyone! It was horrible customer service by all parties and extremely disappointing situational skills by the manager, which resulted in losing a large profit for his company. Needless to say, we went to The Barking Frog and received amazing service from the moment we walked in! Bought a numerous bottles and had an amazing time. Hudson should have a staff party at Frog and take notes.
Asked about bottle service from bar, quoted one price. Server then quoted $50 dollars more for the same bottle. Lots of attitude over it.
We went to Budweiser Gardens for the Simple Minds show. We were staying at Metro Hotel and noticed this bar across the street from the Gardens. It appeared as though they were turning away people ahead of us and they sure were. Basically we were told that we were to old to enter. Have fun with that Hudson Social Club, you wont be changing your name in the near future you will be changing your open/closed sign to just closed if you are turning away the people that go to the events at Budweiser Gardens to opt for the 19-25 age crowd.
I brought all of my friends here for a staff party, we were asked if we wanted a dance floor table for extra room. Great staff, some HOT girls and guys working here as well.
