I'm straightest guy you will ever meet!!! Buuuuut I love going here!! People are amazing nicest group of people you will ever party with!!! I can't go to jacks get drunk dance on stage without having 5 guys want to fight me. No one was being rude or mean A fun place filled with great people !!!
Saw the "bouncers" which consisted of a short fat guy trying to kick a guy out that was smoking an e-cigarette and totally bitched out. The guy refused to leave and even told the bouncer to calm down. The bouncer honestly looked scared. It was pretty pathetic. Then when he was ready to leave he did, only to come back in and the bouncer at the front door couldn't kick him out either. Hire real security!!!
Went there tonight and ordered 5 drinks for my colleagues, with full cash in my hands ready to pay, only to have the male bartender take my order, look at me, and turn his back and started cleaning the back ledge. He FULLY heard me, yet choose to ignore me. For 5 minutes we ALL STARED AT HIM confused and wondering if he was going to eventually give us our drinks.Eventually 5 minutes later we flagged a female bartender who gave a side look at our previous guy wondering why he was ignoring us and not doing the job that he's paid to do when we had enough cash in our hands readily available to pay. We gathered our whole group and left. If you can't do what your paid to do, then we'll take our money elsewhere and tell other people how horrible our experience was.
Wow! I love this place go much. They accommodate for every crowd I could think of (depending on the night). My favorite is the 90s themed night. They have drag shows occasionally and they are quite good. I got my life. If you're looking for a LGBT centered club...here is the place. They also play some good music. My one problem is the place is a bit small.
Saterday I was escorted out of the club I wasnt falling down drunk or being beligerint in anyway I think it was because I was in drag ive never felt so unaccepted in my girl persona,. I humbly hope this doesnt remain the scene for pride there too intolerant ,.I wont likely be returning to Lavish. Ill be going in drag to the frog from now on if any1 knows of any pride bars let me know in a pm ty .
