Lubrico was extremely helpful. I hesitantly called in after a dealer told me that the Lubrico company was never helpful and they did not deal with them. Paul King answered the phone. He was pleasant and wanted to help. He answered all my questions and explained to me some of the warranty features. After I sent in all the information, he called me back and told me that Lubrico was going to help me with this issue. Paul is an excellent employee, who represents the company in a positive and professional manner. Thank you for this service.
I have been a customer for years and have been very satisfied with my policy and customer service. Claims department is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Even if there's a repair that's not covered under policy they will help you brainstorm what to do. I would highly recommend this company. So nice to have peace of mind when buying a used car.
I don't recommend buying a warranty from this company, but if you do think it might be a good idea read all the paper work over and over. It may say it covers things but there will be clauses in there as to why the jobs not covered. Save your money and don't buy a warranty here. Below they responded with saying parts of my brake job were not covered. Yet on the phone when I called in and explained what was wrong I wasn't told only the electrical portion of the brake system is covered. This company is very misleading and dishonest. They tell you one thing on the phone and leave you to find out the answer from the mechanic. They claim my job is from wear and tear when in fact they have not looked at the car so really they have no idea. Also the person responding to my reviews doesn't even know exactly what I am talking about they are just making assumptions on things they "think" they know. I will not be getting any work done through there warranty and will not ever buy it again.
