This particular location has dishonest and liars. My senior citizen parents have been loyal to these guys for years. they're supposed to help and all we get is lies. My father had 1 no fault accident and 1 was forgiving and 1 minor parking lot incident they raised the the insurance nearly 100 percent After my dad died they still raised it. So we asked why and how this could be lowered and at the time they said the only way was to remove the other driver with the bad record so we did.leavimg only my mother who has no tickets and a clean driving record and they raised it even more. And get this agent named ahmed ahmed said the reason for the raised was because my mom was aging and I said you're joking right? She aged by 1 year and my father was older and that has never happened before.So I got different agent and she said something totally differentDon't trust the people here . looking elsewhere
