Chairs that were sold as 'leather' commercial/industrial grade have literally fallen off the frame. When the owner was approached I was told the computer system had changed, oh, who is the manufacturer - I'll follow up with them, this has never happened before, bring them in (I did, all four) and he was conveniently and always absent. My neighbour had 4 bars stools from this 'vendor' and same thing. Four chairs for a normal family of 3 should not fall off their frames - backs and seats both. They are in the trash and that's been my experience with EQ3 and Modern Living London. No customer service and over priced poor quality.
I can only speak on my own experience but i have nothing short of an amazing experience shopping with modern living. The owner has taken time to answer calls on his personal cell phone out of hours to adjust my order and went of his way to ensure my bedroom set arrived on time. Its rare to find a business these days who values the hard earn money a customer spends at their establishment.I dont usually leave reviews but i felt compelled to commend the owner and staff on the personal touch they added to my shopping experience.
I've had great experiences with Modern Living London and I'm excited about my next visit to the store to pick up furniture for my new home. Black leather couch I purchased more than 5 years ago still looks and feels brand new. The owner is extremely passionate about the business and has great decorative ideas on the website. This store is a great place to find modern up to date furniture for any decorative style at a competitive price. Thanks again for the help , Look forward to future visits

They have a nice selection of modern and stylish furniture. The prices aren't the lowest you'll find, but neither is the selection of the furniture.The staff was friendly and helpful.We ended up buying a chair from here and we love it!
