The worst service in North America. I rented U-Haul at Sault Ste Marie, ON just to get back to London, ON as they told me that it would be cheaper than Greyhound.I paid $340 and they said $100 deposit would be returned to me when I return the vehicle. I asked specifically if I can return the vehicle to any U-Haul location and they said yes. I returned the vehicle to this location and they wanted to charge me for additional $800 as I didn't return the vehicle to specified location somewhere in Toronto that I have never heard of before. After sore argument with the Storage Worx staff and U-Haul representative over the phone I left the vehicle at the location and left.They told me they will take it over to collection and report to my credit because I didn't pay additional $800. >>AVOID

Fabulous place. I've been in a lot of storage units, and this place beats them all hands down. It's clean and bright and looks nothing like any other storage unit out there. Friendly and helpful staff is the icing on the cake!
