Paul, Brandon and Santiago were all very professional and knowledgable. They communicated effectively, early and often. They kept their commitments and if there was ever a change they let me know at least a day in advance. Very disappointed with our paint job and will never recommend or use this company again. Our new coffered ceiling was prepped by them with wood fill/caulking but never sanded out. They painted right over the lumpy areas making it look awful. They sprayed the beams and we had several areas that were runny and bumpy. I was told the lights would shine down and you wouldn't see them. Not true, when the lights are on you see them. Also told it was melamine that was hard to paint, again not true they were painting pine. They did come back and repair but I still have areas that lumpy and I do see them when the lights are on. My bathroom was a disaster. Cut in along the ceiling was about 8" and had been brushed on with one coat. Streaky (you could see the colour underneath), poor workmanship that looked awful. Someone else came in to repaint that.
We just had the interior of our home painted by Certa Pro. Truly an amazing company to deal with. The team was professional, polite and experienced. Phil, Brandon, Shane, Tony and the whole team thank you!!!! We are very happy with the job you did!
The painters were very courteous and professional. There was a mix up on one of our colors and Brandon worked with us to get it right, he made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I need any painting done. Everyone was great.
