With students back it is crazy busy. So I suggest you go during the week. Or you will be line for a long time.
We recently moved from Vancouver and I have to say BC liquor has nothing on the LCBO. There's better selection, nicer stores and a wider variety of products. I am also on their vintage mailing list in hopes of being able to get ahold of some rate bottles. Although I will say whomever handles their social media could use some customer service training all in all the liquor store is a good place.
The staff is very caring and adheres strictly to the rule of no selling to underaged kids. Thank you for caring!
While I normally shop at this LCBO and do not ever have an issue today I did. I new young cashier refused me service because my 23 year old pushed the booze towards her? She said she handled the alcohol and therefore had to refuse me service??? Really I am almost 50. There has to be some common sense! I respect the rules but seriously this girl needs better training. To be clear if a young child accidentally touched his parents bottle of wine you would really refuse them?? Seriously. Again. Rules are great but there needs to be common sense!!
Colleen the "customer service in training" was very rude and aggressive. This is acceptable for a general employee but not a customer service representative. Will not be visiting this location again.
