Was in and out in 2 hours which was exceptionally fast. Everyone had anywhere from decent to incredible bedside manner and make sure to keep everything fast and on track. If I ever need to go to an emerge, you can bet I'll be coming back here first
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I went 3 times because of a sprained ankle knowing there had to be more only to be told I'm fine not to use my churches and just keep walking on it. Went to a real hospital after my ankle got so bad I couldn't walk at all. That's where I found out my ligament is completely torn and I need surgery now to fix it. DO NOT GO TO ST.JOES GO TO UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL OR ANOTHER REAL HOSPITAL WHO WILL ACTUALLY HELP.
Great hospital. Staff are very patient, caring, genuinely interested in their patients, and are willing to answer any questions. The hospital and physicians incorporate family members into patient care, even within the outpatient departments.
Dr Grant- terrible experience with him. He made me feel like I was bothering him and my pain wasnt worse enough for the hospital. I asked him what do you think is the reason after they did 100 tests on me. He said I am not God how would I know. I read the reviews here and got in touch with the number they provided to call to discuss the matter , nothing. They wrote my whole experience down and said they will reach out to me and they never did. Save yourself some time. Go somewhere else.
HAD A TERRIBLE experience with Dr.Mark Kuprowski .. His exact words were "i cant help you here..it's not my problem go back to your family doctor and she could recommend you to another allergy specialist" When he was the one my family doctor recommended to me, and after waiting for months to get to speak with him. He was extremely rude, not helpful and refused to give any help whatsoever. Even his secretary saw how bad my allergy was and was shocked by his treatment and negligence. Extremely disappointed with the way i was treated after how bad my allergies have been acting and it was very evident and he refused to even look to treat me.
