Logan Funeral Home is an excellently trusted funeral home / parlour in London, Ontario's downtown area. The staff here are their to help one family who is bereaved, while taking care of all your funeral arrangements and allowing all personal whi wishes to be present so so when the time come to taking care of the way one will be being celebrated on the days when there are those visitation times and then the actual day of the funeral. They were so professional as it was shown by and in their conduct. The show of courtesy was very nice as so was the celebrating of ones life here where we the living still have memories that we can still cherish. Pass these good times down as memories. As this will build up a mental picture onto of all the physical pictures that are not going anywhere and soon your family will have so many memories of those who have passed, while some who may be getting old and then we all have the ones who leave us way to soon, these are the one that make us and the family (along with others who have passed) realize how precious life really is and how in that one moment, one heartbeat a very special person maybe taken by such surprise, grounding is all back down into people who now know just how much for granted we do have to be alive, thrive, and live while giving each day it's all, because tomorrow may never come, And what we have left behind we would all want the persons who gather, to help in garnering the strength to know that the life they are now celebrating, loved life. Was just living their day-to-day lives in positivity and made some great memories on the way throughout their journey- mtheir life. " Recently we found ourselves using the services of Logan Funeral Home. I had attended visitations at Logan's previously for aunts and uncles as well as other Greek Orthodox people. This time the reasons were more personal, and difficult. When you first walk in you notice the lobby is filled with light. This atmosphere is warm and inviting. The next thing that is instantly evident is the staff's attention. We were greeted by Dave, who instantly made us feel comfortable and welcome. In fact over the next few days; from making the arrangements, to setting up the visitation,on day of the funeral, and our final follow up appointment, we were listened to, supported and asked how their staff could not only make things easier for us but for our friends and family attending our services. Taking into account that the funeral business is indeed, a business, we were never made to feel like customers. It felt like Dave, Dawn, Jack and the rest of the staff were extended family simply saying, "Okay so how are we best going to say goodbye to mom?" Logan's is familiar with our cultural and faith's special requirements and it meant a lot that they appeared 'Present' at all times. They may be part of hundreds of funerals yearly, but they never made us feel like 'Just another Funeral '. They exhibited compassion, professionalism, and kindness. The meeting that they held with us a week after our services to guide us through Estate Concerns was very helpful and was invaluable to giving us confidence in going forward. It is undeniable that these past few weeks were difficult for my family and me, but Logan's made it so much easier. They take the honour and privilege of being there at the end of peoples lives seriously and give it the reverence it deserves. Thank You, Dave and the rest of the Logan's Family."
