The owner is always friendly, happy and joking and she always understands exactly what I want. Her work is exceptional. This is my go to flower shop for all my needs. Bought several bouquets from the owner. A friendly, wonderful woman who loves to joke. Always fresh, always wrapped perfectly and moisture locked. My only peeve is the upselling on vases but I understand the reasoning for it.

I ordered and pre-paid for a flower arrangement for my Christmas table centerpiece over two weeks ahead of time to be picked up Friday Dec 22nd. The owner wrote down my order and assured me that the arrangement would be ready on pick-up day by 1:00 pm. We showed up on pick-up day at around 1:30 pm or 30 minutes after the time I was told that the flowers would be arranged, finished, and ready for pick-up. At that point they had not started making the arrangement and forgot what flowers I had ordered. They promised me that they would call me when the arrangement would be ready and I could make a second trip over to pick it up. After 5 hours of waiting and not receiving a phone call I decided to drive to florist to see what was wrong. The store wasnt busy, so I was surprised that at this point they had still had not started to do any work on my order. One of the employees was even standing, doing nothing. I was received by the owner in a hostile manner. I then stood there while she started and finished the arrangement. During the process I received one nasty comment after another. When I asked for the lilies to be put at the end of the long arrangement I was told that I could rearrange the flowers at my home whatever way I wanted. I left in tears because of the abuse. This arrangement was to be set on my Christmas table with joy, not sad memories. The lilies that were in the arrangement never came out and just died as buds. A few years ago I used this same flower shop for artificial arrangements and had a decent experience, but my recent Christmas experience was horrible. I gave plenty of notice and pre-paid. I dont know what more I could have done at my end. Given that this was a single arrangement that they struggled with I doubt that this florist could handle anything as large as a wedding. I think brides would be in tears.
My boyfriend ordered a custom arrangement from 3000 KMs away - the order was perfect and they went above and beyond to fill his request. The arrangement is simply stunning. Flowers are fresh and beautiful.
